Looking for input on a Martin CEO-6

This weekend I'm planning to drive a couple of hours to take a look at a Martin CEO-6 for sale. Most of the music I play is done bare finger style. Does anyone have any experience playing a CEO-6 in this fashion? It would be a replacement for a 2002 Bourgeois Prototype Jumbo that I have that just explodes when you put a pick to it but is (to my ear) much duller than anything else I own when picked with bare fingers. As always, your comments are greatly appreciated
