Default Recording Gypsy Jazz Guitar

I've got a live-broadcast gig coming up with a gypsy jazz group. Actual number of players is TBD, but it's probably along the lines of two guitars, upright bass, accordion, maybe fiddle. I've done this basic thing a zillion times, but this will be my first experience with Selmer-esque guitars. One's a grande bouche and one's a petite bouche.

At this venue I can have any mic I want as long as it's an SM58.

Any tips?
