More votes for Mark Hanson's Travis picking books. Best book I've learned from hands down; it got me started on fingerpicking fundamentals that I use to this day.

if you go to his website you can get on his mailing list. He's even answered questions by email occasionally. He has lots of great resources on his site and you can buy direct from him too.

Another fan here of Mark's books. I also highly recommend Bruce Emery's books and approach as well.
