Default Replacing tuning knobs

For the most part, my 2004 Washburn D-30S has aged beautifully since I got it new, but now I'm having a minor issue with the tuning knobs--the black plastic is peeling off and I want to take this opportunity to replace them.

I see that it's just a standard screw holding them in, so is it just that easy to swap them out? Also, I'm having trouble finding a place where I can just buy tuning knobs; everything I've seen is selling them as a complete set of tuners but I don't need all that. They are Grovers btw.
