Thanks everyone for the well wishes, words of wisdom, and great puns!

Baby man is doing great and his big brother is adapting to his new role like a champ. Mom is recovering nicely as well.

While it might seem odd to those who have/had newborns in the house, our home is very peaceful right now. Everything just feels right. I am going to soak this in. If only I could bottle it and save it for later...

Congrats Chris , Great picture!
Tomorrow my oldest graduates with her masters and my baby just finished her junior year in collage so we have been empty nesters for 3 years now. Enjoy them while you can. It all goes way to fast.

Congratulations!

Please note: babies are subject to "reverse CITES" regulations: you have to take them everywhere you go.

They are also very efficient acoustic devices, as I continue to learn. 20 years of playing in bands, 15 years of power tools, and my 2 year old can still blow my ears out like nothing else I've ever encountered. Eek!

Cheers,
Martin

Congrats!!! We have just added a third to the brood... you should hear it when all three 'harmonize'.

Enjoy the little one, everyday brings something special and wonderful.

Congratulations Chris! I'm glad that the troubles you had are now behind you, and what bettter way than a new born to signal a brand new phase in your life I'm a bit on the young side so I wouldn't be able to pass on any parental wisdom but I'm sure you'll manage, how hard could it be anyways?

Congrats Chris!

I'm guessing you decided to let this one age naturally and passed on torrification.
