Default Ken Franklin Baritone

I've had a few people ask me recently if I make baritones. Now I can say I do. This is a prototype based on a jumbo sized body. The lower bout is 16.5" and the scale length is 27.8". The top is Port Orford cedar and the back and sides are Cambodian beng. The finish is a minimal Arm-R-Seal wipe on oil and poly blend with a polyurethane top coat that's rubbed to a satin finish. I've tuned it C-C with John Pearse 80/20 light baritone strings. Here's a sound clip. http://www.franklinguitars.com/Site/Baritone.html

Well done, Ken. Are you a Nick Drake fan? I heard his influence in your playing...

I love your rosettes.

Kindly,
Danny

Thanks for the compliment on the guitar. The clip is by Patrick Nagel, a local singer/songwriter. I'll have to ask him if he's been influenced by Nick Drake.

It looks great, Ken.
I'm with Danny, I love your rosettes as well.
