Default Videos that teach or inspire musicality

There are thousands of “guitar lessons” on line. I usually have no problem finding specific lessons for particular songs, techniques and (ugh) theory.

I would love to see some recommended videos that teach or inspire creativity and musicality. Much appreciated.

I'm learning to play blues and find Daddy Stovepipe's YouTube lessons do exactly that.

I don't think I've ever used a video that taught me a song, a technique or theory that DIDN'T inspire me musically and creatively...

Here's a simple, but effective, idea you can experiment with right away if have aspirations to become a 'lead' guitar player. No thinking or theory involved. All you need to know is how to count to 5 (...and everyone can do that!)

They won't teach you this at Berklee. You have to go to a MASTER to receive these golden nuggets.

Pretty much any of the instructional videos by Doc Watson, Tony Rice, or Brian Sutton will inspire me.

As someone who is learning and doesn't have a teacher yet I find that there are many lessons available to help and usually look at a few on the same topic to get a wider view.

Main couple at the moment are 4 chord songs;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OS0DSle5hU

and Tom Strahle's 7 tips for older beginners which has links to other
lessons including That darn "F" Chord.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkU-qerFLpc

Other youtube videos that I watch are mainly guitar and equipment comparisons so I can get some idea of what is available.

Paul Davids frequently has very interesting videos the he posts to his Patreon account. Many end up on YouTube as well. They vary from guitar content to music theory, but all are very interesting and most are very applicable.

This is the most inspirational and feel-good video I've ever seen.

Any time I feel I've lost my way, I just play this one.

Instantly re-focused and . . . Boom!, back in the saddle.

And make sure you hit the 'full screen' icon at the bottom right of the YouTube screen.

I've been working on my fingerstyle stuff as of recent. That way I can take a song I already like and learn it. Here's what I'm currently studying:

If you like that, then you'll like this. Improvising a solo without even thinking about scales...and most of the notes resides in a single fret!
