Default Bob Dylan covers (join in!)

I thought it would be nice to have a thread for one of the most prolific singer-songwriters - everyone here must have at least a few songs of his they like! I’m a big fan so once some more people have posted I’ll record another.

No intentions for this to be a competition, just a thread for fans to share covers and constructive comments.

Here’s me covering Make You Feel My Love. I’m not mad on the Time out of Mind arrangement so I put my own spin on it.

Nobody? Not expecting professionally recorded stuff, just quick recordings.

Here’s one from a while back, When the Deal Goes Down (Modern Times). I had a chest infection when I sang this but I think I got away with it.

Hi Neil,

The covers I have done of Bob Dylan songs have really been covers of covers by folks other than Dylan.

This is a cover I did of the Byrds version of "My Back Pages."

Also from the Byrds, this is a cover I did of Dylan's "Mr Tambourine Man."

Finally, this is a cover I did of "Don't Think Twice" which was based more on the Peter, Paul and Mary version than how Bob Dylan handled this song.

Cheers!
- Glenn

Great job on all these tunes, guys! This one I had forgotten all about until BluesKing777 posted a very tasty version a couple of weeks ago. Tonight Iíll Be Staying Here With You.

I had four siblings, all guitar players. My brother Dave lost his battle with cancer in 2011. At his funeral this recording of Dave singing one of his favourite Bob Dylan songs was played and my brother Gary later made this video from the tape.

I can't seem to get the video posted directly, so I put a link to the youtube version.

Very moving. One of my favorites, too. Sorry for your loss, Jim.
