Peter - I'm going to assume you're just giving me a hard time 'cause I know you understand!

As has been stated earlier - we are excited to start this build - but we build in pairs and are currently involved in two other guitars that we plan on having done in May or June. At that time we will start Keith's guitar.

The wood for this guitar is scheduled to arrive tomorrow - so we're excited as everyone else to see it.

The waiting is always hard for ALL of us (including the builders).

I am excited too! As the one I ordered is the other one in Keiths build pair. I know its going to be a wait , but I also know it is going to be well worth it!

Thanks guys!

We are all busting you up because we are anxious. I find that if I get up at 3-4 am every day, it adds 50% to the work day LOL

We are all just busting chops!

I poked around Paul's woodpile today, smells nice, looks great! Strummed a few chords on a certain Walnut/Redwood that is shipping soon. Hope nobody minds! ;^)

Wood photos - wiped with mineral spirits to bring out grain.

Photos don't show it well, but the curly Koa binding is very nice.

Good you've at least received the wood after 5 pages. I guess we'll be at 10 when ghe build starts, 15 for the box to complete, 20 for fretboard and headstock inlay, you should inquire before hand with J.R. whether there is a max page limit...

And on each page I need to look at Keith's annoying signature

I think the post limit is about 300 per thread. We could be there by Saturday.
