Default S. Kinnaird Sitka/Bubinga CS - final listing!

We're happy to list our CS model made out Sitka Spruce and Bubinga for the back and sides. We built this back in 2016 to use as a demonstration guitar for our shop. It has been very lightly played by the occasional customer since then, and we took it to show at the 2018 La Conner Guitar Festival where it impressed many. While we have listed this before on the AGF, this will be its final listing here, but we're giving AGF'ers a great opportunity to get a fabulous price.

This instrument has a new value of $5900 but it is available only through the AGF for $4200 (CONUS shipping included)!!! It obviously comes backed with our limited lifetime warranty. Please check out our videos, build threads, or talk to our customers if you want a good idea of what this guitar will deliver to you. It's a loud, focused grand auditorium sized instrument. It has deep luscious bass and clear sweet trebles. We know that you will love it!

Sitka Spruce - Bee's Wing Bubinga - CS Model
1 3/4" nut - 2 1/4" saddle - 25.4" scale
Honduran Rosewood bindings and rosette
East Indian Rosewood head plate - Ebony fretboard and bridge
MOP logo and diamond and squares inlay
Soundport - Gotoh 510 tuners - Cedar Creek case
Lifetime warranty - Built for light strings

Thanks for checking this guitar out. Feel free to post here, PM or call with any questions.

What a deal! Wish I could get around on that "standard" spacing!

Todd, it could become your standard spacing...

Thanks Tom for the nice words.

The one I'm spending most of my time on right now is 1 7/8 - 2 3/8....that's probably not going to happen!

I've spent some time playing this guitar and think it's an absolute steal at this price. It has a beautiful voice - clean, warm, reverberant, with plenty of bottom, and headroom if you need it. It's gorgeous physically too - that bubinga is wonderful. I visited the Kinnaird shop last January, and to be honest, this is the guitar that drew me back again in a couple of months.

Visiting Steve and Ryan's shop when they have several guitars available to play is a very dangerous thing. The temptation is break the bank and bring them all home!

I can't imagine - watching their build threads is bad enough!

Thanks Stan for the first hand account. This is one of those unassuming guitars that might not have all the bling but is deceptively gaudy in its tone. Someone is going to get a special instrument.

Now it's $2950 for a day? Crazy good deal. Have you got these guitars up on Reverb or somewhere, Ryan? It's a shame this corner of the forum doesn't get much traffic.
