As far as I know, I didn't change anything in how I played this compared to how it was originally written, but I'm not a piano player and so I'm sure that I imposed some of my own musical ideas on this song even if unintentionally. I mostly based my playing approach and the key I used on a version of this song done by Michael Buble', shown below. But I am not a Michael Buble' kind of singer, so I just sang it however it felt right to me. Like you, I really like the melodic feel of this song. It's a very comfortable, warm kind of song to sing, I think. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments, Karen.
