Default Choose one great guitarist to live with, in your house, for training and inspiration

My choice would be Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Choose one great guitarist to live with, in your house, for training and inspiration and Jamming!

Carlos Santana

Serendipity. Instantly just jumped into my brain, and don't see any reason to change.

Don

I'll go for Clapton.

Although, to be honest, he probably won't need much training and inspiration, he's quite good already. I'll teach him what I can though.

ah he lives up the road near Ripley. I'll ask him, My best pal who knew him quite well and used to get him to do "secret" gigs in the cricket pavilion used to call him "Earache Clappedout".

Sadly I was never invited.

Norman Blake, but I’d go to his house.

Lots of legends out there, but I feel like Bryan Sutton and Molly Tuttle are experienced teachers and collaborators, and more importantly people who I’d probably get along with and have a calm lifestyle. SRV was incredible, but he was in pretty bad shape with alcohol and coke for a good chunk of his life. I’d need a sober SRV if her were to live in my house. I also need someone who’ll do some chores and not be too messy, maybe help cook once in a while. I’d probably prefer someone not too far off from me politically or things will just get unpleasant at some point. So, I’ll go with Sutton or Tuttle.
