Blueridge 162 $740
For sale is my Blueridge 162, a nice little 12 fret guitar. I bought it here on the forum to experiment with 12 fretters, and I've decided I prefer bigger guitars. I don't play it much anymore since buying a Blueridge 140A and a Halcyon MJ.
Solid Sitka Spruce top, solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides. It has a big, full sound for a small (000) body guitar. I assume that is due to the full length scale (25.6") and the saddle positioning near the center of the body. Excellent condition. There are a few very light scratches (I can't see them unless the light is just right) in the finish where the pick guard would go (it has been removed). There is a tiny impression on the back of the neck. There are a few other small marks from having been played, including some marks on the bridge from removing the bridge pin with a plastic tool. Overall looks very, very good. Minimal fret wear. Straight neck with low action and plenty of saddle left to lower it further in the future. -000 size body -12 fret guitar -25.6" scale length -1 3/4" nut width -2 1/4" string spacing at saddle -Forward shifted X Bracing (per the internet reviews I read) -Bone nut and saddle -Comes with great condition Gator hard-sided case (worth about $100) Free shipping within continental U.S. Last edited by Matt G; 12-14-2019 at 07:48 AM. |
