Default Alvarez Yari Brazilian classical question

Saw a beautiful yari cy-140 that shop listed as brazilian back and sides just wondered if anyone knows if this model is laminated braz or solid brazilian? thanks jt

I am not certain, but pretty sure it's laminated.

It's laminated jacaranda. I had a CY140 years ago. Was a beautiful instrument that played extremely well. Though one nearly always chooses solid woods over plywoods, I don't think that you'd find anything lacking in that instrument. The Cordoba C12 that I had was a flawless, all-solid classical... and the Yiari CY140 was every bit as wonderful in looks, playability and tone.
