Default Can I get an opinion on a guitar lick?

I'm not looking for an opinion on the whole song, as I am currently modifying it. But the bend in the opening guitar part on this song, is it in tune? I sometimes short bend and end up on a bad note. I'm just trying to figure out if I'm hearing it correctly? Sometimes it sounds fine, other times it sounds off.

It's a tad flat; you don't quite get it up there.

Listened several times, sounds OK to me (in tune) if you are intending to bend a semi-tone, but maybe a full tone would fit better, and for that reason your not quite happy with it?

Just my two cents, but my favorite part of that intro is the flattish semitone bend in the first of the two phrases. On idea is to hit that bend again (at least in passing) during the second phrase. As it is now, the first phrase has a blueness to it that the second phrase doesn't. I think it would be a little more cohesive if there was a blue note in the second phrase too.
