That would be my pleasure Matthew.. Still loving the Marklund that you had built... I especially love the neck shape that was taken from you ‘37 Martin 000..

Thank you for sharing the latest.

These builds move me, deeply. As many know, some years back, I located (through great effort) a dozen women depicted standing in front of Gibson's factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan, in June 1944. Those 12 women changed my life.

Today, but one of those women survives. She signed the label for this and Juston's guitar. At some point, I reached out to a brilliant young luthier with the suggestion that he build a Kalamazoo Gals tribute guitar. (Again, I've no financial interest in this project - I'm just thrilled to see it take life). To see these builds become real, well, overwhelms me.

Thank you.

JT, thank you for being the inspiration.. Thanks to you for the investigation, passion, and drive to write the book “Kalamazoo Gals”. It all began with a picture, a thought, an idea. Through your determination, you brought light to the world.... Pretty cool stuff..

Thanks for the kind words, sir.

Oh, and you probably noticed in the fine print of your agreement with Dale: I get visitation rights with all of the Gal guitars he builds.
