NAD: Maui 5 GO
I went by the local guitar shop to check out the new Martin Super-D dreadnoughts (they'd already sold the two koa ones they had and one of the Guatemalan rosewood ones they had), and I noticed a column PA near the used guitars. I asked if it was used, and the salesman (a friend of mine who recently started working there) said that it was NEW but that they were trying to get rid of it.
So, he went and talked to one of the owners, who made me a deal of a lifetime. I said I needed to to a bit of research, and also go home and get the guitar I git with and also my mic. I came back and played some "karaoke tracks" off my iPhone (these are ones I had made when I recently went to Nashville to record demos of a dozen songs that I've written) and sang along with them (using a wireless connection for my mic and the built-in Bluetooth to play the tracks off my phone. I also tried out the guitar. Supposedly the price I was offered was "below cost" . . but whatever it was, it was a good enough deal to take it home with me. Now I have a battery-powered column PA to go with my Bose L1 Compact tower and a Bose S1 Pro (without the battery . . yet). |

Those are great units! Congrats. I also read your commends about the super dreadnoughts.
