Sure thing. These are all recorded on my iPad which is clipped to my mic stand and usually behind the front of house speaker with no monitor facing me. I could do a better job with a camera crew, but truth is,... I’m not good looking enough to invest in such a thing.

Currently I am running a Martin DM with an LR Baggs Anthem into a Roland AC60 which sounds beautiful to my ears.

Sometimes I use a crybaby mini/Fishman AFX Chorus/Hotone Harmony. That is all dependant on what I am playing and maybe more so on what mood I'm in.

My acoustic set:

Guitars: Yamaha L10-a, all solid woods, 1983, with K&K Pure Mini and classical guitar, 1960, JJB transducers.

Pedalboard Palmer with:

1- preamp Headway EDB-2 (absolutely fantastic);
2- Boss Superoctave OC-3;
3- MXR Analog Chorus (gorgeus);
4. Neunaber Seraphim (super super reverb).

Acoustic amplifier: Schertler Jam 400

But the main, wonderful, "gear" is..... Flavia, a great voice.

Osvi.

Hi Riles,
it's a simple k-way to improve the directivity of tweeter

I have 4 guitars (see sig), and I run them ALL through a Helix Floor. One of them is a dual source. The available options are astounding, and so much cheaper than pedal boards... believe me, I've been through 150 pedals in the past 5 years. So much happier with my setup now, Helix is it.

Then I either go into a PA, or I use my Line6 L2t FRFR speaker at home.

I’ve been playing my Helix exclusively with electrics. I’d love to know what your Helix chain is for acoustic. Just curious if you are using aftermarket IR’s as well.

Mono Acoustic: Deluxe Comp, Mic Preamp, EQ, Split, Mod/Reverb (in parallel), Merge

For Dual Source acoustic, I use Return 3 and 4 as inputs:
Anthem SL: R3-> Hi/Low Cut (530/12k Hz), MicPre, Merge
K & K Mini: R4-> EQ, MicPre, Merge
Merge: Mod->Reverb

For Dual Source, notice that K&K is full range and carries the bulk of my sound - it does require some EQ. The Anthem is filtered so that only the mic comes through, and I've LPF it so some of the string squeak above 12k is eliminated. But other than HP/LP filtering it doesn't need EQ.

I don't know if having the Mod and Reverb in series or parallel makes a difference. Sometimes I think it does, other times I don't.

IR's are interesting, but I haven't felt the need. All 4 of my acoustic pickups (k&k, M80, Anthem, ES2) are pretty good without IR. I also think that a mild amount of mod/verb goes a long way in hiding any pickup imperfections.

I really appreciate you taking the time to lay out such a detailed response. I'm going to play around with some new presets based on your chain. THANKS!
