Want To Buy: Eastman E40 OM

I'm looking to buy a good used Eastman E40 OM acoustic guitar.

I'm in Canada, so a sale 'within' Canada would be preferred. But shipping from the USA to me here would be fine as well.

My preference would be for a sunburst model, but I would consider a natural spruce top as well.
