A WOODY MANN GUITAR WORKSHOP

In this workshop Woody will focus on understanding fingerstyle blues guitar. Continuing where he left off in the first workshop while leaving no new attendees behind, Woody will show how the techniques of traditional country blues form the basis for playing other styles including ragtime, swing, early jazz, and contemporary sounds. This is a hands on, practical session for people who want to take alternating picking to the next level and learn some great tunes.

We had a great time at Woody’s last workshop here, and, as usual, everyone went away a better guitar player than when they first came. Woody’s a great teacher, musician, communicator, and one of the warmest people that I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Come join us again for a great weekend in the lovely foothills of the Berkshires for another Woody Mann workshop.
