Good news...is my guitar is sounding wonderful...with but the few small changes I made in my playing positions, saddle height and a few other little things. In most ways....my guitar is sounding even better. What an experience and such a good lesson learned. (although, I hope I never experience anything like this again! Lot's of mental stress! ha ha)
