Default "Bubble" in laminate side of guitar?

Hello, i have a guitar with laminate sides and back too. At one spot there seems as though there is something happening to the laminate. When i gently run my nails over this spot i can feel like a sort of bubble, 'traveling along' the movement of the nail. Do you please have any idea what's happening?
How to remedy this please, if that can be done?
Regards

Could the laminate be separating? Can you reach one hand in and press from both sides and feel if there is a bubble?

Drill a small hole in bubble, inject with glue and clamp with one of those crack clamps made from a machine head?

Question

Yes, possibly the laminate might be separating. There is no air bubble, at least not what can be seen. Thank you
