Default advice on bushings for tuner head swap-out

I have Grover V138N closed, 14:1, 3 on a plate tuners with 9mm bushings. I can't find any open gear 3 on a plate that match this bushing size. Don't want to use the old bushings(push-ins). Any advice, other than shim the bushing hole? Looking to get at least a 15:1 . Thanks, J.D.

The bushings are .02 smaller. If lose, glue them.

Thanks. Already went thru that with Stewmac...... Hard to find an open back 3 on a strip with a higher gear ratio(15:1 +)

another idea for a gear ratio change is to see if the gear set from sta-tites will fit in under the deluxe housings. probably not though now that i think about it more as the center to center (post to gear) distance will change.
