Default Eastman 805ce archtop

I bought this new back I believe in 2007. Its my Eastman 805ce archtop. Sounded amazing. Playability was good but I took it to my guitar tech and had him cut a new nut. That made it play like butter. Many archtops have come and gone but I never considered selling this one. I mean hand carved for this price! Sill love it but not playing much these days and that’s the only reason I decided to let it go. Home use only so still in great shape. Excellent +. Low action. I play fingerstyle and with a pick and it handles both brilliantly, Just a joy to play! Original Eastman molded case included.
A few basic specs:

Body size at lower bout: 16 inch Body Depth: 3 1/4" Scale length: 25" Nut: 1 3/4"
Materials: Solid spruce top; figured maple back and sides; maple neck; solid ebony fingerboard; ebony truss rod cover; 7-ply body binding; 5-ply neck and peghead binding; triple bound f-holes;
Hardware: Solid ebony tailpiece, bridge, and finger rest; Eastman floating humbucking pickup with thumbwheel volume control under finger rest.
And it comes with original Eastman contour molded plush lined fiberglass case
$1299 shipped plus any fees

Anyone who isn't familiar with these: they're great guitars. I don't own one, but I've played one a fair bit. They soud wonderful whether acoustic or through the stock pickup. IMO, new they're one of the best guitar values in existence, and this is a very good used price. I have an archtop I'm playing right now; if I didn't, I'd be on this in a heartbeat.

Hi, I don't know Bob, so no affiliation, but I have had two Eastman archtops (AR805e and AR 805) and I can advise that from my experience they are excellent in build quality, finish and tone.
