Default Ravel's Bolero for solo guitar

This has become a very common one to hear on the classical radio stations over the years but it still retains a Moorish ethereal quality which is pleasing to my ears, and I think that aspect of it can be captured on guitar.
Or do you think it's too grandiose for one guitar?

Really nicely played and you pulled it off with just one guitar. Good job. (and your version is way better than Jeff Beck's. I like Jeff but not his version of Bolero. Talk about "grandiose"....)

Great version. I think you captured the spirit of the piece on guitar.

Greetings!

I first became aware of this piece during the 1984 Olympics when a couple (Torvill and Dean) used it for their ice-dancing performance.

I agree with your characterization of the music. I always thought of this piece as conveying something epic. So I very much appreciate your question.

I think you manged to pull it off on one guitar. Good job, I enjoyed your playing.

One guitar sounds just fine on this.
