Default Rechargeable pickups?

That would be just like my apple Magic Mouse. Clean design, with no batteries to replace- and no way to replace them when you need it in a hurry. When it goes flat, I just have to walk away and wait for awhile, because, as movie robots used to say, "That won't compute." Imagine that happened during a live performance? It's quicker to install a new 9v battery, and much quicker if it has an external battery access door.

like said above Mi Si comes to mind.
I had a wireless soundhole pup
for awhile that was rechargable.
made in china.skysonic fs1 it was
wireless and rechargable and a bit
north of a hundred. I didnt like it but.ymmv.

I know the MiSi, but here is another great product:

I did not know the company until the luthier who built my octave mandolin recommended it. He did the installation and it sounds great: very natural, no quack .
I'm very picky when it comes to amplified tone, but the pure acoustic is a keeper.

Just reading through their specs it seems to be a Mi-Si preamp paired with their proprietary pickup.
