From Riga, Latvia the other day.

Then on to one of my favorite cities - Copenhagen, Denmark.

So many features on this new Panasonic Lumix, I'm still learning. At one point I lay the camera on the stage (I was standing right in front) and it took 20 photos of the view in front of it (monitor and cables)! No idea how that happened.

It was raining seriously in York, England yesterday but the Minster is massive and gorgeous. Hopefully today's weather will be a bit better.

Nice photos. Hope you're enjoying a bit of British June weather. Did you get inside the Minster to look at all the work on the foundations that are stopping this magnificent building from sinking?

At a café for lunch around the corner now. Heading in in a few minutes. Looking forward to all the Stained glass therein. There’s actually a break in the rain right now. Heavy rain and flooding expected later today

Mike there's a setting on the Lumix dial that looks like an artists paint pallet - in that setting are multiple in-built effects you can choose from - I like the setting 'Impressive Art' - here's 2 shots I took using that effect.

Still trying to figure the raw workflow though. These .x3f raw don't open in any programs I have. Converting them individually to dng is a pain too.

But, I'm working on it.

You need to get a copy of Sigma’s PhotoPro software. It’s a little quirky, and far from fast, but by far the easiest way to get X3F files into TIFF or JPEG format for further treatment.

Thanks, but I really want to get a raw or dng into Photoshop. That Sigma program doesn't have the flexibility of Photoshop for raw editing.

Good luck

Actually, a little googling turned up this - would this help you out?

Thanks. Yes, I Googled for quite a while and tried about 10 different things including that. That just brings a JPEG into Photoshop from the raw. It doesn't use the raw editor.
