Happiness is in the mail! (Don't let the shipper charge extra for happiness. It's weightless even though it's everything.) Best to you!

Holy smokie artichokie!!!

I think you were being a little brief in your lush and balanced description haha....

I do not know how a guitar could sound any better than that...if it did, it is not a guitar! Man I thought the bass was perfect, strong, but not overpowering and people describe trebles as crystalline, if that description is not perfect for these bright, clear, beautiful trebles, I don't know what would be!!!! Amazing, you are so fortunate....hey, I got a thousand bucks right now to take that off your hands hahahaha, might even go 1200!!!!!!

As an aside for Steve, "The Old Rugged Cross" was my father's favorite hymn and I sang it for him at his funeral....I wish you would have been there to play it for me instead, have to say, I might of felt a little extra eye lubrication during that one!!!!

WAY TO GO TEAM!!!!!!

Smile Yowza!

What Tom Bsox said!!! What a lovely tone. Great playing too...

How was it recorded? With my high end headphones it sounds like I am holding it!

But the playing is better... haha!

Spectacular all the way around. Way to go Gentlemen!!!

Cheers

Paul

Thanks so much, Paul! We took it down to church, and simply aimed a podium mic at it. There was no attempt to EQ it or play with mic placement.
We could (really should) spend more time/care with this aspect of the build. Sort of like photography...we could do so much better.
But, one gets an idea of the sound, which is at least the intent.
Thanks again to you, and to you as well, Tom. Glad you liked it!
You do know, however, that I would have totally choked had I been playing at your Dad's funeral!

Like a good batch of yeast, I hope you've kept a little at the shop for the next guitars to roll out!

I think the Kinnaird magic is a little like my Grandma's sour dough pancakes. Every morning (and I mean every), she would make sour dough pancakes for us after morning chores...she would pour out what she needed from the jar and then fill it back up with fresh milk which would be sour for the next day. She never ran out of sour milk for the daily pancakes and Kinnaird guitar's never run out of magic for their guitars, they just keep filling up the magic jar after they have taken out what they need for the current build!!!!

Really? Pancakes every day? No wonder you're such a happy soul, Tom!
Now, if I could start every day at Krispy Kreme there would be a perpetual smile on MY face. (As well as several dozen more pounds under the belt.)
Thank you for your kind thought. We're just gluing sticks of wood together here.
Any "magic" must be from association with our customers. Great bunch of folks!
