Default looper app recommendations

Does anyone use a looper app that they can recommend? I have an acoustic guitar with no pickup and just want to record short loops to practice with. I found one app called Loopify but my issue is that when you hit record it will give you a couple of bars before it starts recording and I haven't been able to figure out a way to enable the metronome so that I can tell exactly when the recording will start.

thanks!

I've never had much luck with looper apps because timing is so hard. You might try "Loopa - Audio Looper" which is designed to be used with your toe (bare feet prolly) so you can start and stop the loop just like a loop pedal. Press and hold the big button to erase the loop.

But really if you're interested in looping just for practice at home, I'd recommend getting a basic pickup, a looper pedal, and if you don't have speakers you can plug into, a cheap practice amp. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, you could easily get it done with $100-150 depending on if you need an amp/speakers ($50 removable soundhole pickup (e.g. the donner one), $50 looper pedal, $50 mini amp)

thanks SRL. I actually have a TC ditto and an electric guitar amp. I could just get a cheap pickup and then plug into that (I know some people will say I have to get an acoustic amp, but for how much I would use it this setup would be fine). I was just hoping for an option without spending money because I know I wouldn't use it frequently. (if that changed I could always get the right gear for it).

Dang, this looks like it would be perfect but they do not offer an Android version.
