Welcome to the forum.

I surprised myself by liking this.

A lot.

That is a truly awesome piece of artwork. Well done!
It reminds me of a conversation I had, with some friends, maybe a decade ago, over multiple pints of of micro-brewed IPA... One of them had just opened a tattoo parlour right next to the bar we were at- a very talented artist. The question came up from one of my other friends there: "Would you consider doing your tattoo art on my guitar?"

He said, "Sure!" and it sounded like a very intriguing idea for a one-of-a-kind custom build, for a very unique sort of client.

So I'm curious- not that I have anything lined up at present, but would you consider doing work like this on commission?

I like it. Was it inspired by Bosch? I think the next one should have a sunburst pattern lighter in the center and darker near the edges. In fact I'd have the edges fade into black with the characters and structures just emerging from the dark edges. Just a thought.

Nicely done
John

However, if you notice the not quite matching outline around the guitar, it looks like it's just been photoshopped over a pic of a guitar. Impressive artwork, but just a mockup.
