Let's see, two archtops with no cutaway, four with Venetian (soft) cutaways, none with Florentine (although I do have a Guild Starfire, but I just count that guitar as "electric").
I guess I prefer my cutaway guitars for most everyday playing. I really don't like Florentine cutaways, although I get that these aesthetic decisions are subjective and personal.

I like sharp cutaways on smaller bodies, generally.
