Very nice! Great tone from that guitar.
To cure red light phobia record yourself for a little while every time you practice. You don't have to record songs necessarily, chord changes, scales etc will do too. After a while it will become routine. Just keep in mind that "expecting" to play perfectly causes a lot of tension and stress which causes distracted playing which in turn causes mistakes.
