Default Emerald Amicus in DADGAD?

Hi all - has anyone tried their Emerald Amicus in DADGAD tuning? If so, how well did it work for you?

Thanks,
Dave

When I received my pre-owned Amicus it was tuned down 3/2 steps, in other words, the equivalent of a guitar in standard tuning keep it at the seventh fret. I liked it so much that I’ve kept it that way. So in “normal” Amicus tuning - equivalent to standard guitar tuning Capoed at the 10th fret - tuning the strings down to DADGAD should not present any problems.

So, pardon my ignorance....what is the standard tuning for the Amicus when it comes from the factory?

Just tried it in the office. Can confirm, works and sounds great! Kev is playing it beside we as i write this!

Standard is DAFCGD (as a guitar capo'ed at the 10th).

Or DGCFAD, if those who prefer low to high

Which, in turn, would go nicely down to CGCFGC (DADGAD equivalent)
