I have bought a few. His Fire & Rain is very good, IMO. His "Vincent" also.

I have both of these lessons and about 30 lessons overall. Can’t sing Jerry’s praises enough. If you get on his email list, you can get a heads up on new lessons and he occasionally gives a discount. |

I remember his 6 string site prior to Jerry's guitar bar. Been a few years.

That’s how I first became aware of him. Mike Herberts did most of the Six String Videos and I think he’s still doing them.

Yes indeed he is. He’s a great instructor. I bought several of his lessons (on CD’s [emoji16]) many years ago. He did a great lesson on “Classical Gas.” |

Had the same lesson. Will try classical gas from "Totally Guitars" also.

I'll agree with everything good that was said here about Jerry's.
He's one of my main sources for learning new songs. His play through and lesson always agrees 100% with the tab too. He's thorough, professional and good.

A nice aspect of the fingerstyle arrangements on Jerry's site, is that they would be considered "Late Beginner" if they were piano pieces for a method. These fingerstyle arrangements fill a gap between those that are so simple that they really aren't worth spending time learning, and those typical of many fingerstyle DVDs and books that are just beyond (or more) the intermediate player. These make a nice bridge for the early fingerstyle player to be able to move on later to the more advanced stuff.

Yes and they are song focused. Very professionally done videos, section by section, with tab and chord/lyric sheets. |

I agree. They really are perfect for when you are no longer a rank beginner but are not all that competent either. And yet, I am sure many very good players would like the arrangements. For example, the Fire and Rain lesson seems pretty close to the record to me. I would think anyone who wanted to learn to play the song would be happy with it.

One of the very best out there with very detailed lessons including good help with timing.

I've bought several of his lessons and downloaded many of the free ones. He's one of the very first places I search for lessons for new songs I want to learn, in my view he's that good.
