Doesnt quite get hot enough, pictures of modifications will follow... Turns out i cant live with these screws sticking out, haha. I wanna get the half round head screws. You can see i`m not a metal worker, the corners do not line up, the sheet should have been bigger or the box smaller. I did not realise it would not reach the corner when bent, just cosmetic, no big deal. If anybody is planning on making this, i would recommend doing it like this :

Enough layers of varnish (fully cured after 72 hours per layer...
This raised area will actually be a lower spot in the negative mold, you have to reverse everything in your head. The rounded edge of this level will be the exact place of the resin infusion MTI hose. This hose goes around the perimiter of the guitar body and all resin wants to go there, the resin will be introduced in the middle. The purple is the resin entry channel, the red is the MTI resin infusion hose, the green is a double seal flange for the reusable vacuumbag. The air and epoxy wants to go from the purple to the red, saturating all fabric on the way there.

Finished the soundboard arm bevel bending box.
The sheet is cut in 2 pieces so the heat is not being dissapated by the large surface area.

Looks like you are having fun. I am anxious to see how you plan to get the top to fit inside the carbon body snug around the edges, especially where the top dips down on the side. Seems like a real challenge. Keep in mind if you use an exact template of the body to cut the top it might end up being short where the bevel goes down from the bend.

I have now glued 7 soundboard and they all have 1 coat of protective clearcoat, but i haven`t cut anything out yet, i am still to scared to do that before i have made some composite bodies, it would be a disaster if it`s too small...

Bent soundboard resting in the jig (1 cm oversized cutout) :

Supplies for the carbon fiber armbevel reinforcement.
Baking sheet with high temp release wax coating. Epoxy the bevel area. 1 layer of carbon fiber and epoxy (resin rich, the excess will be squeezed out). Back into the jig to cure the epoxy in the desired shape.

Came out nice and flat (some pinholes because this was not under vacuum).
This bend is now permanently held in shape by the carbon fiber. post curing in an air oven.

Routing the channels for the reusable vacuumbag. Very difficult routing operation, the foot of the router follows the round pieces and then you have to switch to the other side to follow the straight line. You are switching 4x per pass. I slipped a few times which can be filled up with a glue/ sawdust mix. Then it wiull all be sanded, sealed and clearcoated.
A second channel with a bigger foot. 2 channels routed, which will not be channels but raised areas (everything is reversed in the negative mold, very confusing. Making a foot for the router foot. ^_^ Router with larger foot. All these guiding pieces have to be perfectly alligned per channel, so 3 times. The 2 small raised areas will be the actual double seal channel for the reusable vacuumbag. A hole will become a raised area in a negative mold, and a raised area will become a hole...
