Rcf 708 a Mk II

I'm picking up a used 8 inch Rcf 708 a.
I am a big Rcf fan having had the Art 310 the first version and Mark 3.

Anyone familiar with this model the Mark 2 version. Do you know if Rcf are still made in Italy.
I have seen the Mark 4 version of the 708 but no reviews on the mark 2. Plus I never knew
Rcf did 8 inch speakers.
I wonder this model has been discontinued. Would you say they were similar to The DB Technologies chrome speakers?

Me again. I picked up the speaker today and your right it's very good. Very well built. Plus size and weight are perperfect for me as I'm getting older. 56 in a few weeks.

I'm using it with my Allen and Heath zed 10 fx mixer. Quite surprised how full it sounded considering the size.
Really nice for vocals . Clear and crisp.d

Cool, RCF have a great reputation. I read that they shifted production of the Art line to China, but I don't know when that happened.
