Default Playing nerves

i get sticky hand syndrome when i play in front of others , do i need to plunge into cool water or in a stream from mount Olympus?

Haven't needed to do this myself, but sanding the finish off the back of the neck makes things easier. Try to stay out of the heat before you perform, as hands can be the first to get sweaty. Wipe your hand off before starting to play. And yes, it should get less stressful with time, don't fret.
