Finally used my J-45 plugged in!!!
I played acoustic at church yesterday for the first time since buying my J-45. It has the L.R.Baggs Lyric pickup and wasn't sure how it would do live.
I really enjoyed it and thought it sounded great. Ran through the L.R.Baggs Venue for the eq/mute/tuning, then used the J.Rockett Archer set to clean boost for fingerpicking, the El Capistan for delay, and the Flint for reverb / harmonic tremolo. Here's the service from yesterday. The music doesn't start until 13:45, and the mix was way off, so my guitar is right up front for the first couple songs. It's also interesting that the Lyric also picked up my voice (slightly) when I sing loud harmonies as I did in the first song. Makes sense, just hadn't thought about that before.
