Tim Pierce interviews...
...studio legend (...and the man that saved PRS guitars) Ray Parker Jr.
Started playing guitar at the age of 12. Two years later (...10,000 hrs?) he was working for Motown. At the grand age of 15, he was earning more money per month than his father's annual salary at the Detroit motor plant. Then he moved to LA and entered the session scene there and started making REAL money...and also learnt songwriting from Stevie Wonder. But that's just the beginning of his hit making career...
