Don't know anything about the guitar but a quick ebay search shows that they are selling for around $1000 plus or minus.

this is probably a better place to start as far as pricing - the completed ebay listings for Gibson L-GO

Whenever I am shopping around or curious, I always check the completed listings - reflects what was actually paid for an item. Sometimes an item will be posted for WAY more than it is actually worth, and you can see that it has been re-listed several times without getting any action. not too many years ago I was offered a 1960 L-GO for 200 bucks. I reckon 5-600 is average now.
Best of luck!

2011 VG Price Guide lists them between $1,000 and $1,250 in excellent condition.

Sigh....still selling for just about the cost of the neck reset mine needs. Which makes mine worth $0. Guess what my retirement learning project is going to be.......

Hi NL,

My wife has an LG-0 from about 1965 so I know the guitar well. I have seen a few of these for sale by Elderly Instruments. They usually sell for between $800-1000.

Regards, Glenn

You've got one of the first-production LG-0's (I too have a 1958), which through 1961 had features that later year models didn't, especially a rosewood bridge with drop-in saddle that was replaced in 1962 with a plastic bridge until 1966 when the rosewood bridge with adjustable saddle was introduced. Source: http://home.provide.net/~cfh/gibson.html

I don't know if any of this makes a difference, but to a collector I think those 1958 - 1961 models may have a higher value, especially given the condition of yours. Then again, maybe these LG-0's don't qualify as collectables, and buyers make no differentiation between features and years.

At any rate, good luck with your sale.
