Bourgeois Vintage D - Master Grade Adirondack - Used 2018

This Vintage D is one of the finest Bourgeois that's come through our shop! It was custom ordered by the consignor and delivered in mid November of 2018 . It features an absolutely gorgeous piece of Master Grade Adirondack Spruce for the top, and Indian Rosewood back and sides. You can get lost in the grain of the Red Spruce. The headstock veneer is also custom, as it is a piece of figured Ebony. Not only is this guitar stunning in its looks, its sound and voice will blow you away too. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions! The original hardshell case is included. Condition: - We don't like to say mint, but this is as close as it gets. There are no dings or scratches anywhere, not even on the pickguard. No strap button installed. It has been very well taken care of. It's extremely clean! Playabilty/sound: The guitar still has the factory setup, and was ordered to have low action. It plays great, and has no buzzing all the way up the neck. On the build sheet, one of the consignor's notes was to "Build it to be loud," and Bourgeois did just that. It has nice punch, but it still has plenty of those sweet overtone characteristics that Bourgeois is known for. Anyone from a pro flatpicker to a front-porch strummer would love this guitar because it can handle many different styles well.
