Well, I took the guitar to a local guitar technician who I trust with repairs and he said the guitar sounded awesome (he's an excellent player). He made a couple of suggestions for my technique but he didn't think anything was wrong with the guitar.
I just got home from work, so I'm going to give his suggestions a try. I'm also going to check out some of the ideas that you guys have suggested. Thanks for your help! |

I use pencil lead (graphite) from a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil already on my desk. No need to go high tech.
