Default NGD: Emerald X20 Unboxing video

Wow! I thought it might take weeks, but the guitar arrived ten days after the shipping video. (It may even have come a day or two earlier, as my apartment building doesn’t process deliveries so expertly on weekends.) I hope this video conveys my enthusiasm. I loved it so much that I just uploaded it, flaws and all.

Many congrats on your new Emerald, but have to admit to screaming at the video when you overlooked the last latch and tried to yank open the case...

Hey Tom. Great video. And beautiful new Emerald. I'm thinking about ordering an X20 myself - so great timing. Thanks for posting.

Congrats! It's beautiful! Hope you post more of your thoughts as you spend more time with it. I'm really curious about that new adjustable bridge. I have asked Emerald several times on their "chat" regarding that bridge paired with a K&K and never get a response. Maybe their website doesn't like the browser I use.

Fun! I enjoyed seeing how happy you were playing it finally! So much that you completely ignored your cocktail!

"It's already my favorite guitar!" (minutes after opening the box)

Congrats on your lovely new Emerald. Yes, your enthusiasm comes through in the video, and rightfully so. Thanks for sharing that with us, and enjoy your new guitar!

Normally not a fan of gold hardware, but it really goes well with the Green in this instance.

Looks like it has fretboard dots for some reason?

Also, YouTube thinks that you set this up as a "Kids Video"

I think I’ve been doing my YouTube uploads wrong. I thought made for kids meant there was nothing sexual or violent. Why else would they care? Anyway, there were no instructions about it, and I pretty much have just clicked yes when asked the question if it were suitable for children. I think I should go back and click no. And maybe they don’t ask “suitable,” maybe “intended.” Thanks for the heads up.
