Default Polyfoam vs Humicase

For those of you who own a Cordoba guitar that came with the polyfoam case, is it able to maintain the proper humidity when using the proper accessories to humidify?
Would the humicase be a better option at $200.00 plus?
Any opinions greatly appreciated!

The farther north you are, the less I'd trust the polyfoam. I had one on a C9 and it was pretty obvious that the home made humidifiers/sponges went dry more frequently that in my 5 ply wood cases and ABS cases.

The other issue is they are prone to "crush" on the top - seen a lot of Cordobas tops cracked during shipping with the polyfoam.

Try to catch the Silver Creek vintage classical case on sale if you don't want to opt for the Humicase - would be much better than the polyfoam in my opinion. They are showing 20% off for members at Musician's Friend.
