Happy 78th Birthday Eric Clapton--Some Live Crossroads
March 30, 1945--Eric Clapton was born. Happy 78th, EC.
Here's the classic live Cream version of Robert Johnson's Crossroads--hit #28 US Billboard, 1969. It contains my favorite guitar solo (solos in this instance, of course) from a song that made the US Billboard Top 40 in the 1960s. Here's the original vinyl version from the Cream lp Wheels of Fire:
