Default Classical Gas - Mason Williams Cover

It's my first time to record a song with the accompaniment on, but I'm a bit disappointed when I finish it's performance.

I wish I could be that disappointed. I'd like to hear it without the accompaniment.

I was watching some Lynyrd Skynyrd youtube videos not long
ago. I was amazed at Steve Gaines' long fingers, they were like
long-legged spiders stretching across the fretboard... nuelkins'
seem like that too, seem like real handy "guitar fingers"...

Really well done! Too good for that accompaniment. If you want more, multitrack yourself! I do like rhythm track accompaniments though....

Very nice. I, too, would like to hear you play this without all the background stuff in there.

This song is quite a challenge! Good job!

You have nothing to be disappointed about. To get through that song is an achievement all by itself. Nicely done!
I saw Williams perform it on TV in the late 1960’s, and it was another one of those moments that solidified the fact that I was going to play guitar. I still to this day smile whenever I hear it. Thank you for the post and the smile.

Good job. That was a lot a fun to play way back when I was a kid.

I really enjoyed it. Good job!

If you have that as 2 tracks, try remixing it with the backing volume down a third or half lower.

Agree with the other comments, the backing track takes away from your performance. Karaoke but not in a good way. Nice playing, though. Fun piece
