After 30+ hours , there is a definite improvement. I’ll keep it going for the rest of the week. I was somewhat surprised at the change.

But yes...keep going...as others have said 80 to 120 hours for maximum results. |

Now that's funny. I am a confirmed believer in the TT on new guitars. I rotate between the 5 hanging on my wall after an extended period on any newer models. Plus the background white noise helps distract from my tinnitus. |

I ran experiments, with recordings, and ran most of them for 3 weeks straight. Most did not change but the ones that did got additional treatment. 6 weeks seems to be the point at which benefits from a vibration device fall off. I went up to 3 months (for science) and saw no benefits. I don't recommend long term use as potential for damage is a thing. If you have a new instrument and feel the response is a bit "stiff", giving it 2 to 3 weeks of vibration may be worthwhile.
I don't buy what TT says on their website about saps and waking up. I think their marketing is a bit nonsense but the fundamental idea of getting a top shaking is something that people discovered decades ago with speakers. Richard Hoover has some enlightening things to say about the subject. Last edited by Bowie; 09-08-2024 at 07:06 AM. |

I have this in OM, the wood combination is outstanding. Tonerite opened mine up. My ten year old OM02 sounds glorious and has never had any issues or requirement for neck reset or other. Outstanding guitar.
