Default Realizing Martins liquid metal bridge pins

Martins super hype and expensive liquid metal bridge pins.
I thought 99.00 was a little steep so I ignored them.
A dealer had a set returned and offered them to me at a decent discount so I took the bait.
They look interesting cosmetically.
Sound? If there is any improvement it's beyond my senior citizen ears.
BUT, I noticed while playing with the window open, every stray dog in the neighborhood was outside my window howling!
So maybe there is something

I once had them on a guitar and I felt they increased the volume slightly. But definitely not worth the price. Fortunately I got them for half price.

I found they work really well on my carbon fiber guitars.

I never had dogs howling with my playing - now, with my singing, Oh, yeah!
