"You start off playing guitar to get chicks and end up talking with middle-aged men about your fingernails." - Ed Gerhard

I doubt even Ed anticipated talking much about men's underwear.

So I embarked on a search of other stores and gave the Jockey brand boxer briefs a try from Kohl's. Pretty pricey compared what I was used to spending but VERY comfortable and so far holding up very well.

One word of caution if you go with them: The little... pocket access compartment is unlike any I've encountered before. It's a good design but you need to practice in your room with no pants on to get the hang of 'accessing' the goods, if you get my drift.

If you don't, you'll find yourself in quite the awkward situation in the head at work desperately trying to gain access when you need it most! Ask me how I know!!

I don’t know why anyone would bother with that poorly design contraption when there’s an easier way.

A catheter? (under sedation of course - have had a few and it is "easy"...)

Too bad this topic didn't come up prior to Valentine's Day. Will have to save the replies for next year.....

Nobody else may admit it but I'm retired, live in sweats/t-shirts, have been going commando for over a year and "I'm out there and loving every minute of it.". There, I said it.....
