You admit ignorance about Eastman guitars, yet express skepticism. Maybe come back when you actually have held one in your hands...

I'll tell you what - if any Eastmans being built today see a real increase in value and demand on the used market over the next decade, I'll reconsider.

Jesse, I think we'll both have to fight Brian for the first one. His Eastman Concept Shop has high priority.

I won’t hold my breath waiting for any new guitar built in the past couple of decades to increase in value, regardless of what the headstock says.

Appreciate getting dibs, although Keith has been asking for years. Maybe Eastman can make a run, since Tom C might be in line for one too. C'mon, Eastman... Smeckman -- announce 2021, available early 2022.

Just having a little fun. I don't mind longer threads, and this one's been rolling for a while. But if you're not going to sell Keith's guitar back to him, then *you better update the subject line.

* still, just kidding

Well then, maybe start from the beginning of this almost 16-page thread and get caught up. Add to that a forum search on Eastman and you'll be up to speed in no time.

Our dear friend Keith is pining for something that will never occur.

I am pining for them to make a 12-fret deep body 000. They would sell a ton.

We always have hope, Mr. Memmer. Even if I don't have a Smeckman now, I will someday. 2022 is my year. I can feel it.

You feel lots of things, Keith. That's why we're musicians.

Stunning day in SoCal today.

Wow
